Qualified candidate will have the following roles and responsibilities:
- Provide overall Coordination of the contractor team including delegation of technical work assignments.
- Assist the Program Manager in implementing CMS/CCIIO governance processes that include Target Life Cycle, Marketplace Project Startup (MaPS), Change Prioritization Board (CPB) & CCIIO Technology Governance Framework.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-and long-term goals on the technical roadmap.
- Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope.
- Interact with the stakeholders, technical architects, and product teams to define and finalize the project objectives.
- Hold regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects.
- Establish and train teams, when necessary, on technical processes and strategies.
- Update and maintain all production technologies, help to ensure proper maintenance and installation is achieved.
- Work with the technology for each project while updating it when advanced versions are released.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff member.
- Develop and maintain program documentation and correspondence including system manuals, SOPs, architectural artifacts, and business documentation.
- Author initiatives, epics and stories, work with scrum teams to refine requirements, design solutions, develop success criteria, and drive change required to deliver on business goals.
- Assist in identifying processes and artifacts used by management and teams to include management practices that address performance monitoring, scope monitoring, schedule management, risk management, training, communications, QA, change management and connectivity.
- Guide or assist with any task defined in the Statement of Work.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Professional experience with minimum 2-4 years as a manager responsible for managing complex systems and workflow
- Experience leading the project in a “virtual workplace”
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications related to the program
- Flexibility and ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fat-paced environment
- Strong decision making, writing and problem-solving skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
