Qualified candidate will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Design and develop Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud applications on Salesforce by Coordinating with the CRM Team and Product Owners to understand and document solutions for their requirements in the form of User Stories.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation meeting. Defining Scope, Planning, Prioritization, and requirements activities in coordination with Demand Managers, Solution Managers, Developers, and Business Owners on Enhancement/Change Requests.
• Deploy Applications to Salesforce. Work on Force.com features like Apex, Visualforce, Process Builder, Queues, Schedule jobs, Functions, Flows, App Service features like Salesforce AppExchange, other API services etc. and Migrating existing on-premise business applications to ESBD Salesforce classic & Lightning environment.
• Collaborate with Developers, Infrastructure groups and other Support teams on day-to-day application related issues following SLA standards.
• Enhance the Development activities for the new projects and support testing of enhancements, new SFDC releases, and interfaces as needed.
• Translate User Stories, Business Requirements into functional design mock-ups. Support Business Process Training for SFA and Customer Service business processes as required.
• Build dynamic, accessible, responsive Visualforce web pages and layouts which includes cross-platform, cross browser, and cross-device development using Visualforce.
• Comply with the internally published guidelines for configuration, testing, and release management processes.
• Understand the current business process with proper analysis and ensure the business continuity has zero impact by designing and developing mockups using MS Visio, Smart Draw, etc. software tools.Design and develop Customer & Partner Cloud community to enhance and Create business requirement specification and business impact documents as required.
• Prepare Solution document and configure in the Knowledge articles for easy reference in Salesforce.
• Extract raw data and perform a cleanup activity with business using Microsoft tools.
• Generate User stories from BRD and Use Cases in JIRA and updated the link to enhance requirements trace ability and visibility to the entire Scrum Agile team.
• Develop, deploy and integrate Business Systems / Applications that will maximize the empowerment of users, knowledge workers, power users and functional teams with the ability to execute daily tasks with efficiency and speed with minimal reliance on IT professionals.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience withSalesforce.com System Administration
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment using Sprints to deliver minimum viable products (MVP)ll
• Strong Business Process improvement skills; process mapping, problem identification, application of best practices and standards
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver complex concepts through abstract models and presentations to allow others to identify benefits.
• Salesforce.com System Administrator and/or Developer Certification
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience with Agile tools (Rally, Jira, Polarion, etc.)
• Understanding of business data management and modelling
• Planning, and execution skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
