Qualified candidate will have the following roles and responsibilities:
(1) Develop applications including the JAVA, C++, Python, Linux, Forge, Guitartest and shell scripts required for Android pushes.
(2) Involve in writing programs computer languages JAVA, Android and updating the existing program.
(3) Utilize technical expertise for fixing the test programs with errors in the code.
(4) Understand Python files in OpenStack environment and make necessary changes if needed
(5) Write with object-oriented Python, kotlin, SQL,, HTML/CSS, BootStrap, Jquery, Linux, GIT.
(6) Review Python code for running the troubleshooting test-cases and bug issues.
(7) Work on Python and shell scripts to automate the scripts for Android SDK, Libraries and Emulator.
(8) Develop Python and shell scripts for automation of the build and release process
(9) Work with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) Environment with Google internal tools and frameworks.
(10) Automate setting up server infrastructure for the DevOps services, using Ansible, shell and python scripts.
(11) Develop integrated environment (IDE's) like IntelliJ, eclipse and Google internal workspace.
(12) Provide computer program, system development and technical support for very complex, highly critical programs and systems. Plan and coordinate tests, resolve production problems, identify opportunities to improve systems and architecture.
(13) Provide technical guidance on the Build and Release process for Android SDK and Support Libraries. Involved in the Development, Deployment, Analysing and testing the Android Framework (SDK, SL, Studio).
(14) Implement and update support libraries and Android Software development Kit,by fixing the code
(15) Support and coordinate Android release process. Pushing Android Studio to google play store using Google internal tools. Performing system analysis, and assessing the impacts of version updates of SDK and support library on the Google internal Android apps and providing solutions with risk analysis. Use technical expertise on fixing the issues for the generating clean builds.
(16) Analyze and implement the changes to ASWB(Android Studio with Blaze) update python script as per the requirement.
(17) Develop design of complex,global or strategic development of Release Tools inside Google.
(18) Utilize technical expertise for fixing the issues that are causing the build failures or breakages by analyzing.
(19) Analyze and fix defects found by QA & Product owners and work closely with Quality Assurance Team to close out all open defects. Initiate system analysis, lead the definition of user requirements and assesses impacts.
(20) Determine alternate solutions with risk analysis and identify opportunities to use technology to improve availability and advance business initiatives.
(21) Work with Technical Program Managers to negotiate timelines, identity development risks and align internal expectations.
(22) Review existing test automation solutions to look for improvements in quality of tests, identify any gaps and develop solutions to improve the test coverage.
(23) Able to apply computer skills like JAVA, Android, Linux, Python, Shell script and other software languages.
(24) Create Triage Docs for all issues and Filing Bugs using Google tools.
(25) Automate manual release process to Google cloud to boost up the efficiency and performance.
(26) Build & Release projects through Continuous Integration Management for the live tools.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
(1) Excellent coding skills in Java;
(2) Experience in any of scripting languages: Python, Perl, Shell, webdriver etc;
(3) Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux environments,
(4) Android knowledge is preferred


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
