Qualified candidate will have the following roles and responsibilities:
(1) Develop Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)specific models, reports and user tools
(2) Troubleshoot, resolve FTP issues at all levels for moderately complex models and methodologies.
(3) Analyze moderately FTP results and attribute to changes to key driver.
(4) Liaise directly with internal client services, business partners, clients and other third parties to resolve deal specific issues related to the FTP modeling or the on boarding of the deal.
(5) Develops, runs or maintains FTP models using vendor system (QRM) on an on-going basis for routine analysis, including: uploading/inputting of data, analytical review for validation and/or reconcilement, investigation and resolution of discrepancies, while meeting required timelines and quality standards.
(6) Investigation and resolution of cases raised while meeting required turnaround times and quality standards for client service/admin teams.
(7) Review, update, modify, and test any required changes to the complex financial models.
(8) Solve technical issues.and
(9) High degree of interactions with both internal and external partners, staff members, business partners, clients, other third parties to ensure own tasks and teams deals have no financial impact or loss.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
(1) Bank Asset Liability Management (ALM) and/or Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) experience ;
(2) Expertise in QRM ALM /FTP software (2) Knowledge and experience in Fixed Income products;
(3) Knowledge of PC desktop tools such as MS Access and Excel;
(4) Ability to communicate effectively with others;
(5) The knowledge of SQL or an advanced reporting or modeling platform is also preferred; and
(6) the ability to understand requirements and formulate new, innovative solutions in order to provide custom client reporting solutions;
(7) 2-4+ years experience in Asset Liability Management is preferred; experience with QRM ALM modeling; strong knowledge of SQL or an advanced reporting or modeling platform, technical platforms and systems; strong knowledge Microsoft Access, Excel; exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
